We bought a 2018 Ford Flex from here. And had a terrific experience. I messaged about the Flex. He was very quick to give information on it. And when I said we weren't quite ready to buy. He said thats OK let me know when you are.. A week later we purchased the Flex. I wish all salesmen were more like him....
