bought a 2013 Chrysler 200 LX from Cars R' US for $7000 recently, I have known the owner Mike ever since high school. I am 50 yrs old presently. This is the second vehicle I have purchased from this establishment, the first was for $3000 and I had no problems with that vehicle, was a great purchase experience and that is exactly why I "trusted" that returning to the business, for this purchase, would also be a similar experience. I was in a bit of a rock & a hard place as far as needing a vehicle quickly & financing, however less then 60 days after this purchase the car's check engine light will not stop coming on, it's leaking oil, enough to make a visibly always wet puddle, on my driveway & the heat doesn't work. Also needs new tires, which I knew and accepted. Now I realize what some folks may say about this post however I bought this car in July & did not think to check the heat! That being said I still would expect that for what I paid it should be or it should have been told to me! As when I called cars r' us about this and mentioned that I really hope he can work with me on price on this, especially if it is the heater core, an anywhere from $500-$900 repair cost, he said and I quote, whoa whoa whoa things break. So yea, not willing to give him another dime to even look at or diagnose the repair needed! Unbelievable, will tell everyone I can about this, in hopes of, helping even one person. Call me naive but I have known this guy for 30+ years!

I had bought a vehicle approximately 5 years ago from Mike, the owner. I have know him ever since high school. I am now 50 yrs old. I didn't have too very much go wrong with that car, however there was some issues and wasn't as happy with the sale as I felt I should (could) of been. I felt disappointed and deceived but just considered it a bad decision and let it go. Not even 2 months ago I bought another vehicle from him. Much newer and more expensive than the first one. So I expected a better outcome on this vehicle and a good sale. The car is in need of repairs already, in excess of $500 at least. He lied to that he never returned my calls because he never got my messages. He was rude and told me things break and would not even acknowledge that I just gave him $7000.00 less then 2 months ago and I was really hoping he could work something out with me as I cannot afford that cost for repairs already. I am very disappointed, actually disgusted is a better terminology and will never give him another dime, I will also tell this (honest) account of this event on any forum available, in hopes of helping any other person possible. Every word of this is exactly what occurred. I am just absolutely blown away that he has known me 30+ years, looked me in my eyes, was disrespectful to me and acted like he has no interest in a having a good reputable business. Just a good sale in his interest only. Then on to the next. That is not what keeps a business in operation for years and years. In my opinion but hey, I am not important anymore to him, he got his money and is done with any further niceties toward me. That is just unbelievable to me. That is all I have to say. I hope someone will benefit from this post, even if it's just 1 person. Thank you-Jennifer P***
