“I can't thank Krail Jewelry enough for helping us out during a stressful wedding week. The day before our wedding, my wife's bracelet broke. It was a piece she really wanted to wear on our big day, and I was hoping to surprise her by getting it repaired before the wedding.
Even though the bracelet wasn't purchased from Krail Jewelry, I stopped in and explained the situation and the urgency. They immediately understood how important it was and went above and beyond to make it happen. Not only was the bracelet repaired the very same day, but it was completed within just a few hours.
The craftsmanship was excellent, the pricing was more than fair, and the customer service was truly exceptional. It's clear that they genuinely care about every customer who walks through their doors, regardless of where the jewelry originally came from.

“So far so good. They have been very good about everything since my fiance and I have gone in ti initiate the process. The only big issue sonfar is that the price my fiance was quited fornopening a card and whatvhe was charged was a difference of about $400.Will update once our items have arrived back at the store.”
