“Thank you to the pharmacy staff, and specifically Patti, at the Walgreens on E. Johnson St. I had a tricky situation come up today where I had to deal with my insurance company to have my daughter’s prescription filled. After a frustrating phone call with my insurance, Patti offered to handle the situation by calling them herself. It was a small gesture, but it made a really big impact on my busy day today.

“Aurora pharmacy has always been great. Today I decided to use the pharmacy because I had an appointment there. My prescription literally took no more than a minute or two. The man in front of me had an issue with insurance and the pharmacist handled it great. I was seated away from counter, but just overheard the pharmacist speaking very quietly to handle the gentleman’s concern. Very well done. Kudos to the great people working at the Fond du Lac pharmacy!”

“Staff are always so friendly and I love that I know when I come through the drive-thru that they will give out sucker's and treats to my dog and kids. My only complaint is that they sometimes run out of a medication but will usually always have it in the next day by 10 A.M.”
