“Thank you to the pharmacy staff, and specifically Patti, at the Walgreens on E. Johnson St. I had a tricky situation come up today where I had to deal with my insurance company to have my daughter’s prescription filled. After a frustrating phone call with my insurance, Patti offered to handle the situation by calling them herself. It was a small gesture, but it made a really big impact on my busy day today.

Only once in the many years I've used it was a mistake made and that was that a faxed in prescription was missed.My prescriptions are prepared quickly with no errors and the pharmacist is always willing to answer questions. Considering the volume of scripts they fill,I consider this pharmacy efficient and professional.”

“It isn't Walgreens' fault that the local clinic and hospital is unable to have a space in my name for the correct spelling. Walgreens has correct spelling, but because prescriptions come through with the wrong spelling, they aren't attributed to me! I feel so sorry for the staff because I cause them extra steps. I chose Walgreens for my prescriptions because you can have a prescription filled at another Walgreens if needed. The fact that the clinic has my name spelled incorrectly causes so many issues.”
