I frequently take my vehicle to Scotty's. I know they have a tight schedule. I try to be respectful of their time. Scotty offered to let me come in and he'd drive my truck to find out the issue. Before I did that - we talked about my truck's symptoms. We figured it out over the phone. He's a GENIUS!
