Signed up for the 4 free phones and $90/month for 4 lines. First 2 bills were over $150 and 3rd bill was $120. Keep getting promised credits that never come. Classic bait and switch technique. Buyer beware!!!!!!

I definitely won't be going back. The associate tried to change my plan and add additional services without my knowledge. They are very deceptive. After I did purchase a phone and called to help with set up they were not knowledgeable at all. They will try to sneak in additional services thinking customers are clueless. I actually called US Cellular and bought the phone from them because I didn't trust the store employee.

Would highly recommend this store. Stopped in to inquire about changing phones and keeping the same phone number. Mai, Melissa and Kris did an outstanding job! They knew exactly what they were doing. The transfer of all my information from old phone to new phone went very smoothly. All personnel were very helpful and pleasant. And they all wore smiles.

Visited the W. Johnson location today to inquire about my monthly payments on my cellular service plan . Mr. Jesse Lunde looked at my account and saved me a considerable amount of money in my upcoming payments. Highly recommend this business.

It is the worst place in the world to look for a phone, the plans are expensive, the service is good and even in Spanish but compared to others everything is too expensive

After 10 months of problems with her phone, I accompanied my elderly mother to this location to once again, see if something could be done to get her an easy-to-use and working phone. Our representative, Megan Harlan went above and beyond for my mother. She is a true asset to U S Cellular and proof that people still matter. Thank you, Megan!

This US Cellular office was terrible. Went there because my child got locked out of her phone. There person that greeted us looked at it for like 2 minutes and said that there was nothing he could do that I had to take it to a repair place to get in. Do not recommend this location I will go to the other one from now on.

Edit: 4 years later, once again hours of waiting due to under qualified and short staffed. 2 reps, only one other customer, yet here we sit. I'm assuming the manager(s) if even present, are just hiding back in their offices. Dealt with online and over the phone service recently and that is the way we will go from now on. The people who run this store clearly have no interest in keeping it open. Most accessories are "sold out" with no idea of when they will be back in stock and they have absolutely no interest in training their staff on the products they sell. They only know how to up-sell useless products and add-ons but can't even give an accurate answer to the costs that will be incurred. Us cellular as a whole is a pretty solid provider, but this location is an absolutely horrible representation of the company.Always terrible service and understaffed. Sitting for an hour and a half already and no end in sight.
