Managed to drop my phone into the hole while sturgeon spearing and needed to get a new phone, walked into the store and was met by Autumn. Not a big fan of having to get a new phone anyways, my experience was awesome with Autumn and was out of the store in 30 minutes with my new phone. Thanks Autumn!!
