He always explains in detail what the possible issues could be, and never takes advantage of a lack of knowledge about mechanical issues. Rather, he educates and helps bring you to the best decision when considering auto repairs. In short, customer service is excellent at Unique Auto. Not to mention, the 3 repairs I have had done on my truck have never caused a separate issue or needed rework. Just had them do a ball joint and tie rods. Excellent service all around.
