“I had such a good time clothes shopping. Usually it’s traumatic. Nothing fits. They don’t have the right size but at Daily Thread I had so much success. However, as wonderful as the women were who greeted me with sales information and help me understand how the store was set up I quickly began to see no petites once again I’ll be forced to go online specifically for pants since petite is not a size but a fit, please 89th & Madison bring back the petites to the Fond du Lac Wisconsin store. I do plan on going back with my birthday money”
“I live in North Carolina and ordered a pair of shoes from Lillian's. It turns out they did not work for me and I sent an email to the store. A lovely lady called me back and said she would be more than happy to issue a refund if I would just return the shoes. Really great customer service and it was so nice of her to call me back in person. I would certainly do business with this store anytime”
