They always make sure our cars are safe and in good working order. They have done everything from new tires and an oil change to collision repair work on our cars.”
“Ian, Marcel, and the service department at Patriot Chevrolet in Sturgeon Bay are rockstars. Today on our first day of vacation in Door County my car went dead when I stopped to get gas. “We bantered a bit about writing this review, but in the end I have to say it is worth my while to thank the crew here. I cold called them with a broken spring hanger on a car trailer. They checked out what happened, took the trailer around the back and repaired it. They took the time to interrupt their scheduled work to squeeze me in and get me back on the road. “Today , I was passing through on my way to Sister Bay from Green Bay when I noticed a panel underneath my vehicle had let loose on one end and was dragging . I googled the nearest service center which was Patriot , pulled into the Service garage and within 5 min my Lincoln MKC was up on the rack being repaired , and was completed within 15. The wonderful man in Service who assisted me said I was all ready to go , and there is no charge today . I couldn’t believe it ! It was fate this happened at the time and place it did . In Green Bay, I would’ve had to make an appointment and sat with my vehicle down until then . I cannot thank you all enough for what you’ve done for me today! Not to mention, I had my 80-year-old mother with me . This was a perfect example of an exceptional service experience , Going above and beyond for your customer! You have definitely gained my business, even though I live in Green Bay, if I ever have a need in the surgeon bay area, I will most definitely be back and always refer you to anyone in need as well. Thank you so very much everyone ! It is rare to come across this level of professionalism with First rate service And you all fully deserve to be acknowledged publicly for your phenomenal efforts.

“I normally don’t leave reviews but I just had to because of the experience this shop gave me. I was in a terrible car accident & was 4 hours away from home & had no one to come help me. The owner & another gentleman went absolutely out of their way to ensure my safety. The Door County Sheriff wasn’t willing to drive me or to help me at all. The owner not only gave us a ride to the shop but he had another gentleman come & help us unload all of my stuff from my vehicle(& it was A LOT because I was here for a 4 day vacation) he also drove me to try to find a rental car & when we didn’t have luck with that, he took me to two different hotels to get a room. He helped me unload all of my stuff & when I tried to offer him cash, he wouldn’t take it. These gentleman did this out of the kindness of their hearts & I can’t thank them enough. If it weren’t for them, I have no idea what I would have done.”
