“We bantered a bit about writing this review, but in the end I have to say it is worth my while to thank the crew here. I cold called them with a broken spring hanger on a car trailer. They checked out what happened, took the trailer around the back and repaired it. They took the time to interrupt their scheduled work to squeeze me in and get me back on the road. “I normally don’t leave reviews but I just had to because of the experience this shop gave me. I was in a terrible car accident & was 4 hours away from home & had no one to come help me. The owner & another gentleman went absolutely out of their way to ensure my safety. The Door County Sheriff wasn’t willing to drive me or to help me at all. The owner not only gave us a ride to the shop but he had another gentleman come & help us unload all of my stuff from my vehicle(& it was A LOT because I was here for a 4 day vacation) he also drove me to try to find a rental car & when we didn’t have luck with that, he took me to two different hotels to get a room. He helped me unload all of my stuff & when I tried to offer him cash, he wouldn’t take it. These gentleman did this out of the kindness of their hearts & I can’t thank them enough. If it weren’t for them, I have no idea what I would have done.”
