“There is a new owner at Humphrey’s florist. The previous owner Tim, a total darling, retired. Tim had been making bouquets for my mother for 15 years. I just had to say: “send the usual” and he knew exactly what I wanted.I had my first experience with the new owner this week. When I said “send what you always send” they designed a striking, modern bouquet. I would have liked it, my mother wouldn’t have.The new florist discussed an english garden bouquet (mother is from England) rather than the modern one. The new bouquet is perfect!
