Fort Community Credit Union is a financial institution that has been praised by its long-term members for its helpful staff, quick fraud alerts, and excellent service. Customers appreciate the kindness and respect shown by the employees, particularly Marie Forrster, who has been working with some members. However, some customers have expressed frustration with long wait times to see a clerk, suggesting that the management system could be improved to ensure a smoother experience for all.
I’ve been a member at FCCU for many years now! They have always been super helpful with questions and are quick to alert us of any potential fraud! Never have had any issues. When we start looking into buying a home, we will for sure be starting with FCCU.

We have expereince the best of the best with FCCU and have been with for many years.We even moved and stayed with our Home town bank because of their continued great sevice and kindness. Right now we are honored to have Marie Forrster working with us, but all staff are great and respectful.

I'm sick of waiting 5 to 10 minutes to see a clerk. This is a poor system. People should be moved along fairly smooth. I'm 55. I never had to wait this long years ago. Thinking about pulling my account. MICRO MANAGING DOESNT WORK!!! HELLO!!! You need at least 4 clerks at a counter
