A credit union charging its members new monthly fees for not having enough money in their account is inexcusable. For the people? Nope, not the ones login paycheck to paycheck, those folks get more fees. You are part of the problem and after 15 years here, I shut down my account. The new app launch a while back was a disaster. Waiting on hold for 30 minutes for bad customer service isn’t ok. We’re beyond disappointed. And now absolutely disgusted with your “credit union”

Worst customer service you could ever imagine. Some of the tellers are so rude. I cannot believe they're even employed long time. Customer and member closed all of our accounts. I highly recommend you doing the same run don't walk from the overpriced fees and all around terrible service.

What is the purpose of having to have an average of $100 in checking now? We were never notified via mail, email, nothing. When I questioned why "the change" the teller completely changed the subject. But if you do direct deposit into your savings you wont be fined. Fined $7 every month if you do not average $100 in your checking or don't do direct deposit. What is FCCU getting out of this?

Loan officers have major attitude problems. The staff also gave me the wrong routing number. Never bothered to notify me of the changes so I went a week without getting my pay check.

I’ve been a member at FCCU for many years now! They have always been super helpful with questions and are quick to alert us of any potential fraud! Never have had any issues. When we start looking into buying a home, we will for sure be starting with FCCU.

We have expereince the best of the best with FCCU and have been with for many years.We even moved and stayed with our Home town bank because of their continued great sevice and kindness. Right now we are honored to have Marie Forrster working with us, but all staff are great and respectful.

I'm sick of waiting 5 to 10 minutes to see a clerk. This is a poor system. People should be moved along fairly smooth. I'm 55. I never had to wait this long years ago. Thinking about pulling my account. MICRO MANAGING DOESNT WORK!!! HELLO!!! You need at least 4 clerks at a counter

I am a customer who is dealing with fraud on my debit card. All they did was pass me to a million different people. Nobody was any help Not even the Dispute department. They are able to credit back to me the amount for the fraudulent charges and refused and shut my card down. Then I spoke to a Danielle that treated me like I did something wrong when it was their fault that my account was overdrawn and literally no empathy and said I have to pay for a replacement card when it's THEIR FAULT my account was overdrawn when I was promised my account would never be overdrawn again from the president of the bank a few months ago. They don't want to admit they screwed up. Basically treated me like an annoyance.

This bank will steal money from you at any opportunity it gets, whether it’s a simple mistake or somebody else’s they don’t care. Just another financial institution that will take advantage of you, they don’t care about you at all, only your money. Don’t bank here! I’ve been here for years, use to tell people to bank here, not anymore things have changed drastically. I’m serious when I say don’t bank here, run for the hills or at least for the next bank. Low quality service, I’ll be leaving by the end of the week

Garbage bank, I'm out of state and need a new car and they won't answer the phone. Won't let me have someone go in for me and have me talk to them over the phone that way either even though I know all my information. Go to a different bank.Edit: If you guys had left everything the same instead of updating your app that worked perfectly fine before, you would not be dealing with all these issues. Best of luck to this bank, but I'm not impressed.
