Goodwill Fort Atkinson

Thrift Stores, Community Services/Non-Profits
Hours: Goodwill Fort Atkinson is a smaller location compared to many larger city stores but offers a good variety of items for shoppers. Customers have noted that the store is clean, making it easy to browse and find items. The staff is generally friendly and helpful, with some employees receiving specific praise for their positive attitudes. However, there are complaints about pricing, with many items being considered overpriced compared to new products at retail stores. Issues have also been raised regarding the organization of certain sections, particularly electronics, which can appear messy. While some staff members provide excellent customer service, there have been experiences of unhelpfulness from others, leaving some customers feeling off-put. Overall, Goodwill Fort Atkinson presents an opportunity to find unique items, though shoppers should be mindful of prices and staff interactions.
