Stopped in a few days ago with my friend. Store was dirty and everything was just thrown onto shelves. We couldn’t look through anything because it was so cluttered. My friend found an opened Irish spring soap box with the soap in it. Gross. I ended up finding a piece of clothing I wanted to buy but stood at the registers for 7 minutes while employees walked back and forth, ignoring the fact that we had been waiting to check out. Ended up just leaving the clothing on the counter and left without it. This location definitely lost my business.

Before swiping my card I asked if my military discount was applied. The cashier said yes, but when the receipt printed there was no discount. Why? Because the cashier did not follow the process to apply the discount.Instead of refunding $7.80 or applying a credit to my account it was scan everything to refund it, and re scan it or just go home.We just left because there was a huge line. If you’re going to offer a military discount at least be able to apply it so we can actually use it. Otherwise what’s the point.

I got to the check out with an item and they said it was 3$ MORE expensive. The manager asked me if I still wanted it. I said "I'm not going to pay more because you forgot to put a sticker on it." INDICATING THAT I WILL TAKE THE ITEM AT THE ADVERTISED PRICE. It is highly illegal to do this and not surprised that others had the same experience. Do not shop here.

Most of the time, I never have any problem with this store but I had to review it because of my experience today. I found a towel warmer. I looked all over for a price there was no price on it so I asked an employee for a price because I was interested. She went to the back and came back with price tag and put it on the item and I carried this item around the store and shopped for about thirty minutes. When I went to the front to check out, the manager came out from the back after I had been carrying this thing around the store the whole time to tell me that the price was not what the sticker said but a higher price ( a 7-8$ difference). It turned me off to shopping here for sure. Just a bad experience.

Even though smaller than most big city Goodwill Stores, the Fort Atkinson one has a vast array of items to choose from. The staff is very friendly and helpful!

Prices can vary but mainly its not bad the only thing is the strong smell of a off brand candle named "fresh"

Just went in to kill time while someone was at dentist.So was browsing and bought a microwave safe pot and lid. Also blank CDs to see if I can record just for the heck of it although I use USB sticks.Not many people there at 11:00 am on a Tuesday.Pink hair was pleasant and helpful.

Stopped in looking for a small lamp. Brenda was the cashier. I asked her if I could test the lamp before purchasing it. She asked her coworker, Cheryl, if we could get a light bulb to test the lamp. Without even attempting to, or pretending to be helpful, Cheryl responded "No. No light bulbs and you can't test the lamp. " I kind of chuckled because I already saw a lamp with a bulb, so I got that and Brenda found the outlet to test it. She then told Cheryl where the outlet was for future customers, which Cheryl didn't seem pleased about. When I checked out I thanked Brenda for testing the lamp. I just didn't want to gp home with a dud.I had to laugh, and somewhat feel a bit off-put at Cheryl's immediate response of negativity. She literally didn't take one second to help with anything, the only thing on her mind was "nope", she wasn't about to be helpful, or, full of GoodWill. Lighten up Cheryl, and next time feign helpfulness, if actually being helpful is too much for you.But a big Thank You Brenda is in order. She was kind and pleasant.
