“I am glad that Walmart is in town. I lived here way before they came, and the shopping experience was zero to none before. With that said, most of the employees there are decent hard workers. However, there's this grouch by the name of Jay that works in the women's department. All I have to say is, if you don't like your job, fake it until you make it, or at least until you clock off. Geez. I steer clear of the women's department when I see her. This one time a worker tried changing a watch battery for me, and said she couldn't help me, but Jay could (she was having a hard time figuring how to switch the battery). I asked her if anybody else could help me, besides Jay bc Jay's personality overwhelms me. This worker acknowledged that I'm not the only one that Jay has this effect on, and that Jay has "a way with people." Keeping someone with a bad attitude means lost revenue for Walmart.”
