At the Fort Atkinson store I was helped by two very Courteous young men. One put a new battery in my Subaru and one put batteries in my key fob. Both were pleasant and efficient. I would recommend their store to anyone wanting a good service experience.

I had a mouse under the hood and it reeked! It was suggested that I go to O’Reilly and buy a cabin filter. Noah was fantastic not only removing my old filter and installing a new filter but also removing a large nest and reaching down to the fan and removing a dead mouse. I am so grateful! What excellent service!!
