“I am not a mechanic, I also do not go to these places often. I tried to work with a place near Madison and the organization did not have patience for someone who is not interested in cars. I was told to come measure all their rims until I found what I wanted, simply for asking some questions. I had to help a friend out who ran a curb over with his truck. Within a minute or two a very nice gal had a quote for me. I was able to pick up the tire later that day. When I arrived she had my rim and bill prepared, it was hassle free, thank you very much.”
“I recently had my 2024 Honda Civic repaired at Butch's High Lite Auto Body, and I couldn't be happier with the results! Grant and the team did an outstanding job fixing the front bumper, fender, door, and wheel. The paint matching is flawless and my car literally looks brand new again! The whole process was smooth, professional, and stress-free. Highly recommend Butch's to anyone needing quality bodywork in Fort Atkinson!”
“I had a mouse under the hood and it reeked! It was suggested that I go to O’Reilly and buy a cabin filter. Noah was fantastic not only removing my old filter and installing a new filter but also removing a large nest and reaching down to the fan and removing a dead mouse. I am so grateful! What excellent service!!”
“Amazing customer service. I needed a new battery and they made sure I got the right one. A gentleman went above and beyond to install the new battery. I was observing how he was removing and installing the new one because there was a hood over it. I also learned a few things from him. I didn't get his name.”
“Amazing place..had a problem with trailer, jammed axles , called em up and they took me in at 6pm,and started working on it right away.. was out of there in no time and they charge me extremly fair amount, unlike 90% of shops.. if you ever around and you have a problem with your truck/trailer give these guys a call; you cant go wrong with em.”
