“Good little truck stop. Maybe 3 trucks could park overnight here along the edge of the parking lot. The restroom was clean. They have a Subway. They have some liquor and wine too.”
“I needed gas desperately and it was close to my appt. I've not driven a car for ages so was unfamiliar with how stations operate nowadays. No joke, I feel like Rip Van Winkle sometimes. It took me 10 minutes to figure out how to pay cash to pump gas, I've been living in the digital world so long. And I'm NOT a millennial. I'm on the outer edges of the baby boomer generation.
I'm glad to say the attendant was cordial and not rude when I seemingly interrupted what seemed to be her studying.
The instructions weren't clear that you paid FIRST, THEN you pumped gas. It said the opposite on the display. Like I said, I'm used to paying either with plastic or online.”

“I was backed into by someone while sitting at this gas station waiting for my daughter to arrive. All the staff were very helpful, offered me something to drink if I wanted one, gave me materials for my window (passenger window broke completely) and was just ready to help any way they could. I don’t really leave reviews for any where, but them being so helpful and nice when I was in a bad situation, is the least I could do. Thank you to all the staff there when this happened and offered help. I appreciate it a lot.”
