Horrible customer service. Went in there to purchase a desktop, sales person sold me wrong monitor. Cannot call up to store takes you to online sales tech , or customer service when you call location number. Had a bad experience on phone with sales people who do not know products… had to back to store, had a horrible experience with Calvin who called his manager who in return told me to come back the next day. Calvin had the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! Do nit recommend this store!

This is a good Best Buy store. Employees are welcoming and very helpful when you have questions or need help with anything. They are very nice. My brothers really like going here. Lots of good deals pop up once in a while too. There are lots of options to choose from for the basics such as appliances and commonly used electronics, or there are lots of more specific items for gaming, photography, phones, etc. It’s fun just to walk around in the store and look at everything they have, even if you don’t need a specific device. I recommend this location.

Best buy did not help with my purchase and free gift that came with order. Left me with calling customer care who after about 5 hours on the phone agreed to the mistake but won't do anything about it. Please avoid best buy. This has been mentally tiring and harrasment experience for me after purchasing about $580 worth of items from them.

Terrible customer support! I called customer service and was sent to the some call center. After much consideration she said she couldn’t help me but transferred me to another call center. I was on the phone with this person 45 minutes, and he said he needed to reboot his computer and simply hung up on me. He had my number in case we got disconnected, but didn’t bother to call back. . The customer comes last. Go somewhere where they value your time and money, not Best Buy

Wanted to make a small purchase yesterday, and yesterday being Black Friday, I wasn't sure of what my odds were going to be. Well let me tell you that Hunter went above and beyond what I expected yesterday. He and several of his fellow co-workers were hunting (no pun intended) down a Mic/Webcam Kit for me. Yes it took a while but he and his crew never gave up and finally found the one that the store said it had in stock. From a guy who'd been podcasting for 10 yrs and needed a serious upgrade, you made it happen. Thank you so very much.Jason Haefer - Grafton

As someone who shops here often, a lot of these bad reviews are false.1. Best Buy stores do not have direct lines. Calling a store will always redirect you to a national hotline. They aren't ignoring your call, they just dont receive it.2. If you need help, just ask the host(ess) to send someone over. You cant just sit in an aisle and expect one of the few Sales workers to know you need help. By letting the greeter know you need help they can relay the info to everyone so the workers actually know where to go.3. In addition to my last point, there is a “line” of people who are being helped. You cant just walk in and expect help right away on a busy day, you have to wait your turn.
