Best Buy is a pretty quiet place where customers can look around and compare products without much disturbance. The store is very clean with lots of space. Sale prices are usually excellent and normal prices are fair. The floor and Geek Squad staff are courteous, friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Workers are happy to assist, though sometimes there can be a wait for help. For in-store pickups, the staff is friendly and professional, often going the extra mile. The Geek Squad provides great service, can solve problems quickly, and sometimes at no charge. While it can occasionally be a little tough to find things, the overall experience is good with excellent service and attention. Many customers highly recommend this place.
