I am beginning my fifth year of working with Patty at The Lift. She is knowledgeable, intelligent, compassionate, and by far the best Pilates instructor I have encountered. I am stronger, more flexible, and have better posture. Patty cares deeply about her clients, and this is reflected in the results I have seen over the last four years.

I've been going to Pilates at The Lift for several years and it's transformed my body. I attend both a group class and private classes and enjoy the variety of workouts and how it's improved my posture and strength.

The best thing I have done for my health and fitness this year has been to start private pilates sessions at The Lift. Patty is a wonderful teacher- very skilled at helping me release stiffness and tension, build strength, improve my balance and posture, and move more freely. I feel so much better and learn so much with every session!

I have been seeing Patty for a few months and the results have been incredible! I came to her with a hip flexor injury from 2012 that prevented me from being able to externally rotate my knee and she has helped mobilize and strengthen my hips so much that I have seen outstanding improvement. She also has helped my lower back and spine tremendously. My posture is so much better, my shoulders have opened up and I feel taller after each class! Patty is very knowledgeable and kind and I highly recommend both her and this fantastic studio!

This is my 8th year of 1-2 times weekly classes at The Lift. The instructors understand the unique challenges each individual student faces and clearly explain and modify the nuances of the exercises as needed. The instructors use a variety of equipment and routines to make each class new; their creativeness kept classes going without pause during the pandemic isolation. The Lift helps me stay in tune with my body as it changes with age, fitness level, and injury. I stand straighter and feel gratitude for who I am because of the expertise and kindness of the instructors at The Lift. I'll keep going even after I reach my 90's!

The Lift is an unbelievable true pilates studio. The teachers are all highly qualified and so helpful. I enjoy my workouts and it is so good for anyone 12-80+ thank you for being here for me!

I’ve been practicing Pilates at The Lift for several years. I’ve benefited from all my sessions and rely on my workouts to deal with arthritis and back issues. My husband recently decided to give Pilates a try and he really enjoys it too. I have found Patty and Teresa to be very knowledgeable and accommodating. It’s definitely an important part of my life!

This studio is superior to all others I have seen. Many different options of equipment to utilize. Well-maintained and very clean. The instruction is always explained well and suitable based on your experience level with different exercises. Definitely feel a difference in mind and body since starting classes here. Love it!

After a diagnosis of scoliosis at 14 and a quick and unanticipated increase in the curve leaving multiple doctors utterly baffled, The Lift Pilates has been the best thing for me and my body the past three years.
