“This was the best customer service experience I’ve ever had! I have always loved Allure, but my experience yesterday was truly fantastic. Jitanna/J was so amazingly helpful and warm and kind and funny. She made me feel so comfortable - it was like I was shopping with my best friend! J instantly knew what I was looking for and what I needed and brought me so many awesome options once we found the perfect fit. She was so attentive, adjusting everything that I tried on to make sure it was just right. I felt so pretty and good in everything she put me in! It was like I had my own personal bra stylist who had known me for years! J was able to special order some things in different colors for me, too, and I was skipping out of the store - that’s how happy I was. Allure always has great service, and I’m always happy to shop local with kind people, but Jitanna really truly knocked it out of the park!”

“They do an awesome job tailoring. I get absolutely all of my suits, shirts, and pants tailored over there for a decent price. They also do custom ordering on suits, so make sure to ask. When i don't particularly like a suit in the store, the woman who works there provides me with many more options that are available as custom order, and for a fair price too!”

She and a colleague were also kind enough to steam my shirts so I could wear them right away. The service was top notch and I will definitely be going back soon.”

I have been there before in the evening though and the staff is super nice. It's in a very walkable area, which is fun. Parking might be scarce by the store because there are a lot of popular stores in the area, but it's a really safe feeling area, so walking is fine.”

“I have shopped at Land’s End for the last 25-30 years at both of their locations and the one off Brown Deer Rd has added to the staple brand you would find in my daily wardrobe. At age 75 now, I still find the brand offers beautiful fabrics and on spot design trends at incredible prices. If you don’t check out this wonderful store with ample parking and a great staff, you’ll be missing a delightful experience with great clearance racks of final sale items of clothing for men and women!
