“This is the exact place me and a friend was looking for. Has all types of hair accessories from straightners, curling irons, to fake hair, drawstring ponytails, & wigs, to all colors of hair dye. They have a medium area to choose from of the latest fashion style clothes for men, women & teens. Alot of pretty colored contacts, all types of beautiful jewelry for wherever you need it for. This is one of my new favorite stores to go to.”

“We had such a fun and memorable time at Anthropologie in the Third Ward! We took our granddaughter on a shopping trip for her 13th birthday and everyone was SO nice to all of us. “I want to give a huge thank you to Ben and Mia at the downtown Kohl’s. Their kindness meant more to me than they’ll probably ever know.
I recently suffered a serious ankle injury, so getting around has been very difficult. This was one of my first times going out since my injury, and I was feeling anxious. As soon as my family and I walked into Kohl’s, Ben had already called for a wheelchair before we even had to ask. That level of attentiveness was incredible.
I also urgently needed to use the restroom, and since it requires a code, Ben told me someone would be waiting there to help me. Sure enough, Mia was standing there with a smile, ready to let me in.
It may have seemed like a small act to them, but it made a huge difference to me. They made me feel seen, cared for, and respected during a time when simple things can feel overwhelming. Customer service like this is rare, and I truly hope they receive the recognition they deserve.

“I've been to this store in Milwaukee - was totally impressed by the stuff they carry. Beautiful good quality abaya and scarves, wedding gowns and modest dresses. They also have accessories and Islamic decor. Customer service was great,lady helped my aunt in choosing the perfect color of hijab that goes alongwith her dress. “Cashiers there always seem to have an attitude. But the lady who fixes clothes and its at the door to welcome you in is very nice. I like this store because they have small sizes and very large like 3XL as well. Theres a large variety of clothes. Very colorfull clothes. Theres a section with kids clothes and shoes. They sell under clothes for kids and women. Just no mens clothes. Prices are good. Shirts range from $3 to $20. Shoes range from $5 to $25.Store is usually clean. And many sales. They dont have restrooms which isnt always the best with small kids. I will be returning here. They even sell uniform for kids which is good for me with 3 kids.”

“Very nice location, had my size in multiple colors (I wear a strange size) and the staff was super helpful. I worked with Tyler and he was awesome. I actually brought a pair of pants that I needed to warranty and they happened to be just out of warranty by about 2 weeks. Tyler still honored the warranty and gave me a new pair for free. I couldn’t be happier with the service. So quick, so easy, shoutout Tyler.”

Unfortunately the men’s department (casual items like Sonoma and apartment 9) was really tight. I don’t know how a person with a mobility or sight challenge could maneuver the department. Of I used a wheel chair, it would be impossible. How is this ADA compliant? There are too many racks and shelves on the selling floor.
Sadly the gold toe socks hang nicely on the wall but were not organized. So finding my second package was challenging. The 40% coupon was a bonus.
So this is a mixed review and could easily be improved upon.”
