“Good place.I’ve stopped there for years now. They charge more for grocery items but it’s generally really convenient to be able to walk 2 min and grab a few things rather than running all the way to the store. They’re nice and helpful. I recommend to at least give them a chance.”
“Amazing service and great people. This is my corner store that I will always continue to support, they show nothing but love and kindness for their customers. I appreciate you guys so much

“Store could use some aesthetic improvement, floors cleaned and waxed. Decent selection of crafts and liquors so overall I'd give 3.75 stars, for now we round up to the wholes, but if people don't get their ducks in a row we'll just cut off the decimal. Point.”
“A great place for private events or just stopping in for a bottle of wine or a fancy bottle of scotch. The atmosphere is a welcome respite and the owners are friendly and so helpful when picking out the perfect bottle for any occasion, with a taste test frequently! Love it here!”
“Best selection around. Their Bourbon picks are always great! The lounge has a cool vibe and the people working are always great! Check out the Racine location too!”
“Discount Liquor on Oklahoma had for years been my go-to stop for beer and liquor whenever I was in the Milwaukee area. My work has me living for a while down here, and it's just as great as I remember. Huge selection of craft beers from all over the country. Rare finds from smaller breweries throughout Wisconsin. Great prices on all of their liquor—comparable to Costco or Woodman's. The staff there had always been very friendly and helpful, and that's still the case today. Had to take this photo because it brought back such great memories—hope they never think about changing that sign design.”
“Cool vibe, busy on a Saturday with standing room only. Enjoyed a glass of wine at the bar before crowds came around 3pm. Enjoyed the orange selection and a funky red! Will stop in again.”
“Nice store. Large selection. It's the type of liquor store one would expect to find in a suburban city, but it's situated in a small town. Easy in and out, and a friendly, helpful staff. There is a mezzanine bar which looks nice, but I've never been up there. The bar hours seem to be limited.”
“They have an absolutely fantastic assortment of wine, beer, spirits, condiments for cocktails, supplies for a party, and much more! I was extremely impressed by the assortment of everything. It’s not often you have this big of a choice! Very friendly and knowledgeable staff as well! Excellent, excellent store worth the extra drive! Also, the prices are fantastic. My normal beer for a 12 pack was $3.50 cheaper there, than anywhere else! Wine too!”

“Very nice selection of beer. Wine and liquor. They offer international and local items at very good prices. Staff is helpful and friendly, shop is clean and well stocked.”
“I love this place and all the things inside of it. Wonderful select selection of meat, produce, sodas, THE ICE CREAM Jenni’s cake ice cream. Oh my goodness. The customer service is top notch and friendly. They have a good selection of adult beverages.”
“Great service! Every time I come here, Im never disappointed in the customer service. Owner is awesome with great vibes always && their ice cream options are great. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED”
“Closest store to my home. Food they make is always good and fresh. Although i will say some of the items in the store can be a little pricey. Otherwise owner and his family are great.”
“Quick and easy parking, wide variety of options, staff answer the phones, quiet…
However, I should have asked for the receipt as the amount I paid for a 12-pack and 24-pack of beer felt wild… However again, this is a liquor store owned by South Asians in a predominately caucasian area without another liquor store for miles - a prime example of what hustle and a good location can do!”
“I honestly don't know why I don't come in here more often, the selection is absolutely incredible. Probably one of the biggest mom and pop liquor stores in the area. My favorite part is that they have one of the biggest beer coolers, anything that comes in a can is guaranteed to be ice cold.”
“Yes they have a lot of food and things but they are way over priced. My friend uses the Western Union from them and they charge for the trans action. He says anywhere else he goes they don't charge him anything when he receives his money.”
“Always a quick and easy check out not a long wait if there is a line would frequently go there and I do and they're pretty nice once you get to know everybody that works there they got a good variety of stuff to choose from other than just liquor”
“Great selection and prices!
This is my go-to liquor store. They always have a wide variety of spirits, wines, and craft beers. The staff is knowledgeable and can help you pick the perfect bottle for any occasion.”
“Great prices and a good selection. Clean and the staff was very knowledgeable when I was looking for the new THC drinks. And yes, they do carry Don Julio Tequila. Also, they open at 8 am so it's convenient as I work second shift”
“wonderful experience they had a super friendly staff, really competitive pricing. Great bourbon selection for the south side and an awesome tequila selection. 10/10 will be back.”
“Interesting brew shop. Made from a historical home. Karen is helpful and does classes. Supplies are available for your needs. Ask for a tour if it's not busy!”
“Good selection and good prices Marc.
They have quite a bit of wine for a neighborhood store. I’m sure even the discerning wine enthusiast would be satisfied with the options.
Lots of great craft beer in the store. Plus, they have all the standard domestic options.
The liquor selection is good. It’s not the most expensive but it’s curated well. The pricing is better than you would normally anticipate at a small store. Definitely worth a stop.”
“Huge selection of all types of alcohol and mixers. You can find almost anything you are looking for, and many things you didn't know you needed to try until you saw it here.”
“I need this question answered. Oak Creek is my home town. Currently live up north. To my recollection, this store was originally called Sals. I remember the owner. Then it was changed to Smiles. And now back to Sals? Someone is telling me that it was not originally Sals, that it was always Smiles. I swear before Smiles it was Sals. Help please!!”
“This place is the real deal. Great selection and awesome people running the store. If you like whiskey, definitely check this place out. The prices are great too!”
“Well stocked liquor store…prices are a little on the high side of retail, but not bad. They have a good selection of store picks and a few allocated bottles - albeit at secondary pricing.”
“Besides a wide enough range of beers, wines, and spirits to satisfy most last-minute or convenience needs. This little store even boasts an ATM, lottery tickets, and some tobacco products. plus a few popular snacks, a modest selection of drinking and party supplies, plus several other miscellaneous sundries. To me, they're always neighborly, friendly, and helpful. Also, they own the laundromat and pizza restaurant located at the same convenient corner where some parking is available too.”
“The cool thing about these little corner stores is that they will sell you just one bottle of bud light or just one twinky out of a box of twinkys. Nice guy doing the cashier work. He calls everyone boss. Prices are cheap.”
“The owners are super friendly!
Very attentive to your needs.
If they don't have something that you want they will stock their shelves for you.”
“Great service, selection, and pricing. I hate giving up my whiskey honey hole, but this is it. They have a wide selection and are often lower priced than the big box stores on hard to find bottles. They messaged me back on Facebook within 30 minutes about a question I had and are always willing to chat about all things whiskey.”
