“Was in the Racine area needed an oil change. Dropped into Porcaro Ford Quick Lane. They told me I needed an appointment. Called my usual Hiller Quick Lane. And they said no appointment needed. I went there and everything was great as always. What’s the point of having a quick lane with scheduling.”

“Took my mom’s car to verify what the dealership tried to sell her. Reis auto performed a thorough inspection and walked me through the results. There were issues but did not warrant repair. Thank you to Reis auto for saving my elderly mom from being sold repairs that were not needed. They didn’t even charge me for the inspection. Wow! I trust them and recommend them highly.”

“I had a great experience at the Jiffy Lube in Muskego with Felix! I brought in my older Honda Civic for service, but there was an issue with attaching the protective access panel correctly. Rather than taking shortcuts or rushing through the job, the team took the extra time to properly take it apart and re-fasten everything safely and securely. That level of care and attention to detail is true above-and-beyond customer service. They were fantastic to work with, honest, and extremely thorough. Highly Recommend them.”

“Going into a service repair shop for your car you normally don’t feel good about it for several reasons. Reis on HWY 100 is the exception. Duane, who manages that location is so personable, knowledgeable, straight forward and is pretty witty, I actually look forward to seeing him. I happen to go a lot because my business has all of our vehicles repaired and all of the milage maintenance done there. Knowing you’re taken care of the right way with some personality behind it makes it an easy stop for me.”

“On the way to work with all of the construction going on I got a flat tire. I was so stressed, late to work, and knew I needed to pick my kiddos up from daycare by the end of the day. As I was waiting for roadside assistance I looked around at auto places, and saw all the amazing reviews for Kusch’s! From the moment I called Drew was immensely kind and helpful. As soon as I arrived I was greeted with a smile, and offered a free loaner car so I could get to work quickly. I was texted by noon an update about my car, and they even offered to do an oil change, so grateful that they checked my oil as it was very low. They had my car ready by 3pm for me to pick up. Out the door with an oil change and patching my tire, it cost about 170$ which to me was incredibly reasonable. Thank you to Drew, Vinny, the very kind front desk man, and everyone for your warm, kind, and efficient service!!!!!”

“Always friendly and helpful. The guys do a great job on repairs at a fair choice. They do not try to sell you things you don’t need, the work is done on time, and they even pulled my car up closer to the door because it was raining. Would definitely recommend.”

“I am searching for a used car. I used their service that for $100 they will analyze the car and let me know any concerns. They give you a great understandable review with pictures. It is very helpful to know what I might be purchasing. On my first auto they suggested not going ahead from their concerns. Good peace of mind Thanks”

“Al recently fixed my car I brought it in because my check engine light came on (a year ago) I know I know but and after all the test and troubleshooting he did it ended up being a bigger fix then we had thought, timing chine and other components and I had him fix an oil leak I’ve had for quite some time. Al was very transparent with the work that needed to be done and when the job was finished showed me all the parts that were replaced and or fix and after driving it all fixed she runs smooth like butter I can feel such a difference and am so happy with the service her provided and the price. Also he got the job done in a very reasonable time frame. Thank you thank you for fixing her up!! And side note when I got home my boyfriend looked under the hood and said he went above and beyond and cleaned all the gunk and oil that came from a leak Im not sure if that’s standard but it was definitely appreciated! I highly recommend this shop to anyone.”

“Hi there. I need careful attention on my 2024 AMG, and evaluated quite a few European mechanic specialists in the MKE area. After meeting with each (mostly by phone) I decided to go with Dr Mo. He was up front and seemed well versed in cars, especially euro. Since then I’ve had 3 different visits for maintenance and fixes (oil changes, brakes, air filter, correcting some thing in ECU) - and each time him (and Omar, superstar that guy!) have come through for me at a great, fair price. They are experts in their craft. I’ve also asked Dr Mo for advice on usage and future things I need to do with the car and he has told me exactly how it is and what i need to do. I’m so happy i have go to guys now for my “Baby” and recommend his services with full confidence.”
