Great experience with Floyd being very helpful, but I think it's ridiculous that Verizon wants customers to purchase a brand new phone just to save a little more money. Especially when my phone is in excellent shape!

We had a great experience with Floyd. We had 3 lines added to our existing account and 4 new phones which Floyd went above and beyond to get all of us set up, everything transferred and ready to go! Thank you Floyd!!

We had an excellent experience with Floyd, he reviewed everything in detail and was extremely patient and kind. He went as far as helping us put our new phones into our new cases, and the screen protector on too!

Update: Had to reorder the watches. Jovo Skavo was able reorder them and worked with us and Verizon to fix most of the rest of the problems. Not changing my rating yet, will see if this order works well and repost.
Have had nothing but problems with the customer service here. Ordered watches to be delivered to the store February 26, now March 30th and watches were "lost" even though one was delivered on the 28th and the other March 5th. Now we're waiting to hear about what's going on with the new reordered watches and nobody here can tell us anything other than it's in process. I will never shop this location again. I'm getting charged for watches and service I can't use. Thanks Victra.

I can't say more kind words about Jovo who helped me today and getting the opportunity to watch him help other customers as they came in. He is patient, calm and has the customers best interest in mind to make them happy.
I was in there for 3 hours today dealing with an issue I had been struggling with for months and probably spent 10 hours on the phone with no success. He worked with me as we got bounced around from department to department to explain the issue until it was finally resolved. All while maintaining patience and helping out other customers with efficiency as they came through the door. His ability to prioritize and multi-task while maintaining a calm presence is very comforting. Everyone I witnessed walked in left extremely happy, and so did I. Great stuff to see!

The store manager, Collin Staudt is a customer service warrior. He interfaced with offsite Verizon tech support for 1-1/2 hours to resolve a phone service issue. He was knowledgeable and helpful throughout a frustrating issue. Kudos and a standing ovation for your stellar assistance, Collin.
If I could provide a notable salary raise, I would. Verizon is lucky to have you!
