“While I hate driving across town to repair my vacuum, I am always so relieved and grateful that the employees are knowledgeable and get me in and out within ten minutes.”
“Scott Weiland at Grand Appliance in Brookfield was great! We had done our homework in advance, he demonstrated the options within our parameters, we purchased our first refrigerator in 13 years, delivery in the next couple of days…an excellent experience! Glad we decided to go there today!”
“A place for proffessional service and installers to buy HVAC supplies tools and equipment not really open to the general public for most things. Great people that do thier best for you when you come in.”
“John in paint was very pleasant and helpful, he got me what I needed right away and educated me on paint I brought in. Tay also assisted us at the end. I would recommend shopping at this location!”

“Needed an electric dryer and went to KMA. They offer a wide selection and my sales associate Jeffro showed me the varies models and features. Jeffro was knowledgeable and extremely helpful aiding me in my search. (he even helped load the dryer into my pickup). Will recommend everyone to shop at KMA and speak with Jeffro!”
“I was shopping at Home Depot at Menomonee Falls today 8-29. As I pushed my cart past the appliance section a young man named Marlin asked if he could help me. I said I’m looking for some toilet seals for a Koehler. He said aisle 29, left side, third section at the bottom. I headed that direction and yes the item was exactly where he said. I could not believe it. I’m 70 years old and have never seen an employee that knew his store that well. All with a friendly smile. Amazing employee!!!”
“Home Depot is a great resource for remodeling supplies, however if you are hoping to buy cabinet hinges for 1/4” overlay, they have only one style hinge available.”
“What a super nice design gallery! We are building a house and needed help choosing shower fixtures. Zach offered to assist and we had a solution faster than we could believe (after weeks of searching on our own). We also found a light for our front porch - the display light was no longer available we asked to buy the display light and we got it for a fantastic price. Give Ferguson a try I'm sure you'll enjoy the visit.”
“Always has what I'm looking for! UPDATE: Still always has what I'm looking for but the whole combining the Customer Service area with checkout is horrendous. Have a dedicated cashier or direct people to another checkout area in the store. When the only two cashiers are assisting a customer with an issue and waiting to check out is ridiculous.”
“Great experience, bought an LG fridge, stove and microwave. Great deal. Everything 20% off. Guys that delivered the fridge were very conscious of my home. Took their time , did it right .”
“I had a great experience at Home Depot thanks to Jose. He was extremely helpful, patient, and genuinely kind. It is not often you come across customer service like that anymore. Jose took the time to answer my questions and made sure I found exactly what I needed without making me feel rushed. He truly represents what great customer service should look like. Home Depot is lucky to have someone like him on their team.”
