“Our Town Bank branch in Menomonee Falls is the perfect small town bank experience. I travel all over the United States and their debit card allows me to get cash without any fees. The ATM machine will ask me to approve it. I say yes, but then the bank backs those fees out. I hate paying to get my own money.
Town Bank understands that.
If you live close by, you should go in and see the tellers. They’re very friendly and very quickly learn who you are on a first name basis. You’re not just a number to them.”

“I've had nothing but a great experience here!
Having recently retired, my 401k didnt allow small distributions from the account - it was all or nothing. I was so worried just moving it out of my 401k - let alone chopping it up and moving it around again! As it sat in a 401k for years, i just didn't feel real. But now that I needed to move it so I could get some access, there are just so many things that can go wrong: from lost mail, electronic transfers getting messed up, etc., to flatout getting ripped off! Jacob Becker made it very painless and simple.
I know they deal with much bigger accounts than mine so I imagine it can be easy to lose sight of how big of a deal it is to a customer of any size. I never got that feeling from Jacob and as a bonus, there was zero pressure to buy something!
Prior to working with Scwab, i was talking to a non CFP at a bank, i was immediately steered to an insurance annuity product that had some guarantees but it wouldn't be insured, had costs to deal with and there was some downside risk.
