“Huge shoutout to Jake at the Verizon store in Germantown. We came in with a completely crushed phone and what could have been a stressful situation, and Jake made the entire process easy.
He not only helped us get the phone replaced, but he also looked at our account and realized we were on a very old Verizon plan. He took the time to walk us through better options and ended up getting us into a much better deal that actually fit what we needed.
Jake was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely kind. It honestly felt like having a family member helping you instead of someone just trying to make a sale.
What really stood out is that he even checked in afterward to make sure everything was working and that we were happy with the switch. That level of service is rare.
If you’re going to the Verizon Germantown location, do yourself a favor and ask for Jake. Verizon is lucky to have him — he absolutely deserves a raise.”
