“I've had Signal since 2018, In the beginning it was great to have a high speed internet in the country. The customer service was top notch for any provider. As time went on so did their popularity. The connection was becoming spotty and the speeds were no greater than a poor 4g cell service. I called and my wife sent emails for about a year. I have a great router and new the protocall everytime I reached out. This was a 1 star because I was so tired of trying to make things work with school, work, and my free time.

Recently they have sent me a personalized email telling me about a infostructure update that would be taking place and adjustments to make their service greater in my area (Nenno/Theresa/Wayne). So far it has improved. My wife said she has not experienced loss of connection when working from home since the first email notification. I hope this is the start of something great.”
