“Absolutely wonderful experience. When my apartment building said they were going with someone other than AT & T as contract ended I was nervous. Never heard of this company. So very, very glad we changed. My internet speed is so much faster I couldn't believe it. Also this is cheaper. Young man who installed everything was so helpful and patient with me and my questions. “Customer service was TOP NOTCH. Place was pretty busy when I got there but I was promptly greeted by an associate, and waited less than 5 minutes to be assisted by Harold while he finished up with another client. I told him what I was looking for and he expertly walked me through my options and helped me pick what was going to work best for me. He didn’t try to over sell me, but rather find the best fit for my needs. He was exceptionally pleasant to speak with and quick and efficient. I was signed up for what I needed and out the door completely satisfied in less time than I’m used to being in a wireless store. Been doing business with T Mobile since Sprint switched over, and Harold reminded me why. Sprint never had this kind of customer service!! Thanks for making my day quick and easy! His boss should buy him lunch!”

“I've had Signal since 2018, In the beginning it was great to have a high speed internet in the country. The customer service was top notch for any provider. As time went on so did their popularity. The connection was becoming spotty and the speeds were no greater than a poor 4g cell service. I called and my wife sent emails for about a year. I have a great router and new the protocall everytime I reached out. This was a 1 star because I was so tired of trying to make things work with school, work, and my free time.Recently they have sent me a personalized email telling me about a infostructure update that would be taking place and adjustments to make their service greater in my area (Nenno/Theresa/Wayne). So far it has improved. My wife said she has not experienced loss of connection when working from home since the first email notification. I hope this is the start of something great.”
