“had an Amazon return to drop off. All I needed was the item and the barcode, and they took care of the rest. The staff member helping me did a great job. I received a friendly greeting, the handoff was quick and easy, and I had my receipt in just a couple of minutes.
The hardest part of the whole experience was figuring out how to get into the parking lot. Because of the location and its proximity to several other businesses, the route in and out is a bit bizarre. I was lucky and only had to make two U-turns before I finally found my way there!”
