“I've been to the Fed Ex/Kinkos in Menomonee Falls several times to use their self-service copy/scan/fax machines. The manager and staff person that have been there each visit have been personable and helpful. I left my credit card at home once and they were able to give me a code to use and then I could pay with cash. If you come after 5:00 pm or do you should expect to run into delivery person with large numbers of packages. This is the nature of the business.”
“UPS in Fond du Lac, WI is the one I send my boxes, etc. from. The employees are prompt and efficient. They could be more friendly though, however, they are young adults.”

“All in all, I like this location for convenience and most of the employees. Song is always pleasant, kind, and helpful, love that guy! Only caveot, there is a newer employee there for the past couple months, younger guy, who just seems crabby all the time. He won't make eye contact, he just points people where to go without looking at them or saying anything. Kind of weird, can definitely make going there unpleasant if the other employees are busy. Don't know what his deal is.”
