Laptop died after 5 years use. The Genius Bar was unable to give any reason why and showed little interest in doing further research. For a product that cost over a $1000 to die after 5 years with no reason does not make sense. Due to the poor product and poor customer service, I would not recommend purchasing a laptop from Apple. Save yourself the money and purchase a different brand.

October 4, 2025 walking in to purchase a phone you get the worst freaking service on the whole planet. They’re very rude. The sales person will not even acknowledge you. I just walked out screw you.

The absolute best. This is exactly why I own Apple products. The staff that they have are awesome and extremely helpful. Its pretty sad how Bayshore has turned into a garbage pit but the Apple Store never lets you down.

Awesome customer service! Had to go in two days in a row to do repairs and trade in phones; both days I was greeted immediately and helped quickly, even though they were very busy. Well staffed location with knowledgeable staff. Shay was amazing, I had a sort of complicated request which she seamlessly handled while training a fellow employee.

I’m apple customer more than 10 years and I never had any problem with purchasing apple products. But Bayshore store ripped it. I’ve got terrible experience with my purchase. I’ll make complaint to corporate office Apple Inc. 2 people who served me, included 3rd person supervisor Luke (I believe his name is correct) he was very rude person. And these 2 employees was super unprofessional workers. They don’t know what they do, my guess
