Apple Bayshore provides awesome and extremely helpful customer service. The staff is great, knowledgeable, and personable, making for a great experience. The Genius Bar offers honest and considerate help, walking customers through repairs and options. The location is well-staffed, so guests are greeted immediately and helped quickly even when busy. Employees are seamless in handling complicated requests. The process is easy, from check-in to setting up appointments and diagnostics. Many customers recommend the store for its reliable service, noting it never lets you down.

Living in NE Wisconsin, this location was closer than going to the Mall location. My genius bar tech Sam was excellent, was able to assist me with an issue I couldn't figure out. It was the same as going to any other Apple store. Will return if I need additional help!
