I went in to return a computer case that was coming apart and that I thought was covered under warranty and the manager said I should have come in sooner as there was no warranty at this point. the managers disposition was rude, pompous & as I found out, unknowledgeable about the products he sells. After leaving I looked the product up and it was covered under warranty. A new one arrived a few days later. At minimum the manager could have told me the product was still covered under warranty but Apple doesn't cover that. NothIng like rude and under qualified employee to encourage you to ever come back.

I brought in a case cover that is now coming apart that I purchased at Bayshore 14 months ago. A employee called for a manager at my request. This manager looked at the case cover and said I should have brought it in sooner. “I can’t do anything “. The manager was abrupt, rude and walked away. After spending many thousands at this store there was no time afforded to discuss the issue or explain anything. I went on line and discovered the case cover was warranted for 3 years. At minimum, the manager could have told me that. My next Apple purchase will not be from this store. A horrible experience.

It's an Apple Store. Like all Apple Stores, the experience is clean and seamless. The standout on my visit to the Bayshore location was the friendly and expert advice Mark gave me. I came in thinking I knew what I wanted, but thanks to Mark's thoughtful questions, he found an even better fit for me and I walked out with a sleek new MacBook Pro.

Got a phone here last year and the charging port is already starting to go. Trillion dollar company and this is like the 5th iPhone this has happened with I’m done I’m never buying another iPhone this is ridiculous. What a dumb design flaw that was completely unnecessary if they had just used USB-C but then it wouldn’t be proprietary technology and their phones wouldn’t get bought as often since there’s really no difference in models these days. Keep breaking those charging ports by design! I’m done!

Service is top-notch, everyone is extremely professional, and they know the insides and out of everything. Apple is a great product and the employees at the store are just as good. enjoyable to shop there!

I decided to switch from Android to Apple and was immediately disappointed. Since there is a very high demand for new iPhones, I ordered a phone through the website that was immediately available for pickup and indicated the delivery date for the next evening. When I arrived at the Apple Store, my order was not there, the store employee simply sent me to call support. The support staff couldn’t help, they said just wait, the time frame for receiving it was not determined. I want to emphasize that when ordering the phone, it was immediately available for receipt and was also in stock the next day. I think my phone was simply sold to another person, since my order was paid for and I will still have to wait. It’s a pity that one of the most modern companies has such poor support and such an unreliable order reservation system.

Absolute worst experience! I came in for service at the Genius Bar for my MacBook Pro and everything turned for the worst. I’ve only had my MacBook for about 4 years and nothing has gone wrong until recently when my battery started unexpectedly dying at 48%. I brought it in to be looked at in hopes the battery just needed to be replaced. Katie helped me and asked me some questions on the use of my laptop and the problems I’ve had. Again I’ve had no problems until this week where it started dying at a high percent battery rate. I use my laptop for College and Work, I am a photography and videography major so my laptop is important. After Katie plugged in her adapters to find the problem she saw the battery life was still in good shape and ran further diagnostics, with this my computer unexpectedly shut off and would not turn back on. She proceeded to tell me she didn’t know why this happened and asked me if this has ever happens before and I told her no everything worked just fine only the battery started going these past few days. She then told me she could revive my computer but I have the risk of my computer being completely wiped clean. Coming in I didn’t expect for the employees to break my computer and having this trouble so I didn’t think to back up my homework and documents on the computer. After reviving it nothing happens and I was left with a broken computer and my only options given were to ship it out for $600 or spend $2,000 on a new laptop. The fact that I came in for a battery repair issue and Katie saw nothing wrong with it and ran more tests and broke it then gave me the options of paying out of pocket for HER mistake is unbelievable! I came in with a MacBook in perfect condition and walked away with one that doesn’t even turn on. Unbelievable! She then continued to apologize and say she didn’t know what she did, this is your job how do you not know you broke my laptop. Every time I come to this location there always seems to be problems and no one knows how to do there job. Don’t have people work in certain departments they aren’t qualified for if they’re going to break your customers items and leave them with nothing but an expense bill for THE EMPLOYEES mistake!

They always have so much on display. It’s nice to see what you’re getting before you buy it.

UPDATE:. So to add insult to injury, the phone just needed a SIM card reset. Such liars. Just trying to squeeze us for another $400. Apparently the iPhones aren't waterproof or water resistant per the IP68 rating the give them. Or Per Apple.Even if the LCI dosent indicate water damage. You will still be misled into believing you have voided the warranty. 6 meters for 30 min, nope. 54" for 5 seconds would be more accurate per our experience. More lies from a market that dosent see the color of your money being green enough and anticipates your return like a snake in the grass.

This is a way overdue post of appreciation I’d like to show Sean. On July 1, the tip of my charger broke into my phone and I needed it removed asap. Not wanting to further push the broken charger prong into the hole, or waste the rest of the battery I had by calling customer service, I immediately went to the Apple Store. And to my surprise I was met with exceptional service by Sean. He said he can fix it right away and went to the back room. Less than 5 minutes later the broken off charger prong was out of the charger hole. I’m so thankful that he went above and beyond and was able to fix it right then and there. Thankfully, he did not make me schedule a drop off time at a later date. I greatly appreciate the swift friendly service I received from Sean.

I’d like to share some feedback about my experience at the Bayshore Apple store. It was by far the best experience I’ve ever had in my 55 years with customer service. From the time I enter the store to the time I left, I was treated with such respect and courtesy. I’m an “old lady” that doesn’t understand much about tech, but everyone made me feel like I did. (if that makes any sense)? I worked with a very nice man named Jarod. He was amazing and I gave him a huge hug when I left. I’m sure he’ll remember me. ?And while I was waiting for Jarod to help me with my phone, Malcolm was educating me on different apps to use and how do use them. Such a great experience! I live down in the Madison area but whenever I need help, I will be coming to Bayshore for service. I’ve already referred you to several of my friends. Thank you again for your fabulous customer service! It’s beyond appreciation for a non-tech savvy person like myself.

Staff was friendly and efficient. It's Apple, so a person expects a certain level of service, and that was accomplished.

We left this location beyond frustrated. We brought in a phone to be fixed which, don’t get me wrong, was done well. We were told once it was done, everything would be put back into it and it would be good to go. We were handed a factory reset phone and for some reason the iCloud password we’d used literally earlier in the day didn’t work. By this point the person helping us walked away. Then the Apple ID was requesting phone number authentication to reset the password, which we couldn’t do until the eSIM was activated. We found another person who told us we had to go to the provider to have it reactivated and then to come back. At least the person at our provider was able to tell us what we needed to do right away.I get the password was on us, but they lied about the phone being good to go (eSIM being activated and everything being retrieved from iCloud) when we picked it up.Update: it’s back to getting serviced again because something wasn’t plugged in right during this visit.

one of the worst customer experience in electronic market. i have purchased several products from this location(due to distance to my home) and each time i was treated as if the sale associates own entire apple company. they don't bother to respond to your questions. it happens quite a lot that you get into store, wait for someone to help you, there are free associates but no one comes forward.I wonder they these associated go through any training or not. Minimum they should learn to put smile on their face rather than a grumpy face with lots of ego
