“Kummrow has worked on a modified new to me 04 R32 several times now. Communication is friendly and top notch, timely estimates and repair. They where able to complete an alignment that involved adjustable aftermarket suspension, tire install and brake flush. Several weeks later accommodated a short notice water pump replacement when I had it towed in. Answered several questions I had not related to the repair done to the best of their ability without charge. Very fair prices for German car care using OEM+parts.Service: Tires”

“I would give these guys 10 stars if possible, and that still wouldn't be enough! I called to schedule an appointment for my Mercedes Sprinter that had 3 dents on the slider door. This is a work van, but I like to keep it looking good. I texted the photos to Acci-Dent and they got back to me in 2 minutes with a quote. I came in, and met Mike, who has over 20 years of experience in paintless dent removal. He got me in within minutes and even allowed me to hang out while he was doing the work. His passion for this industry really showed by him walking me through the process of what he was doing step by step (although most of it went over my head, haha). He finished his work, and changed me less than what I was quoted. Disclaimer: I am someone who cares deeply for my vehicles and I do all of my own work on them. I rarely trust anyone at all to work on them. However, I 100% trust Mike at Acci-Dent. He really knows what he is doing AND is passionate about doing the best job possible.”

“I'm only giving a 4 because it took 5 months to get service and I know that this was not the fault of Caliber Collision but rather due to the GM strike and the delay of parts orders. In spite of that, Caliber did an excellent job with my car. The young ladies at the front desk and one in particular, Ayanna did a great job and were very professional and she definitely stood out from the rest as she was always very helpful and very pleasant. I would definitely use the Glendale location again. I have had service at the Germantown location as well and was very pleased with their work and customer also but the Glendale location is closer to where I live.”

“On afternoon Sunday, I walk out of my apartment to see my tire is completely flat. I quickly throw on the spare and call Goodyear as they were the only shop in the area open. They changed the tire in about a hour while I walked next door to Culver’s for lunch. They even put away the spare nicely in the trunk. Great service.”
