“Michael is the MAN! Professional, fast, easy. They were able to procure two new truck doors for me despite some supply issues and they were able to work around my schedule since this was a business vehicle. I spent 6 hours going from shop to shop from Wind Lake, Franklin, Hales Corners and every estimate process I went through at other shops was far too tedious or they wanted me to come back 3 days later. Will be bringing all my damaged plow trucks here from now on.”

“Sales isn’t high pressure. Prices and trade in value seems appropriate. Listen closely when dealing with finance. There are a lot of optional packages thrown at the buyer. Not saying they don’t offer good value but ask questions about what is excluded (ie: 36 mo. Oil changes) some promises made by sales are not honored by maintenance group. Despite this issue, the maintenance group is the most professional I have ever worked with, bar none.”

The low (900) miles and great price are what brought me to them. The purchase process was pretty easy and the correcting of an issue with a paint coating after is what will bring me back. Brayden M and his manager were quick to react to my concern. Responding within an hour of my email even after hours and setting up an appointment the next morning.”
“Facing any major work on a car can be overwhelming, but I promise if you take it here, you have made the right choice, finacially and mentally. They provide exceptional work and are exceptional people!! This is an amazing busines. Recently went through a horrible situation where an oil change place ruined our transmission, it was the worst process, but this company stood by our side, documented the damage throughly and stood up for us. I truly believe if we had gone anywhere else, we would not have had the exceptional level of care and may have not won our case to the extent we did, even though a large company would end up paying for it, they never overcharged and gave honest and fair prices and consistently went above and beyond for us and our car. “This place is incredible. They did a free inspection during my oil change and gave me photos of everything. They prioritized what things were urgent vs not urgent and explained why there is a problem and why it may or may not be urgent. Prices are very accurate to what the parts cost and how much labor is involved. As a young woman, it is hard to find a good mechanic but I trust Tech Way Auto 100%. I can't recommend them enough!!!!”
