“I had fantastic service at GoodYear. I was in a jam- and the crew came through for me. I am from out of town. I had my car parked at my cousins, while we took the train to Chicago. We came back to leave, and get to our daughter and granddaughter who were leaving out of country for the year in the morning. One minute out of the driveway and I had a flat. My cousin called GoodYear and said, Can you help them? We changed the flat tire and drove 5 mins to the service department. They got me in right away and I drove away with 4 brand new tires. I did need the tires and was going to eventually get them, but literally from the time of the flat and the brand new tires it took a little than 1.5 hrs to make magic happen. We gratefully got to see our family in the evening and morning before they flew out. I would highly recommend this service station. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Thank you again!”

“On the way to work with all of the construction going on I got a flat tire. I was so stressed, late to work, and knew I needed to pick my kiddos up from daycare by the end of the day. As I was waiting for roadside assistance I looked around at auto places, and saw all the amazing reviews for Kusch’s! From the moment I called Drew was immensely kind and helpful. As soon as I arrived I was greeted with a smile, and offered a free loaner car so I could get to work quickly. I was texted by noon an update about my car, and they even offered to do an oil change, so grateful that they checked my oil as it was very low. They had my car ready by 3pm for me to pick up. Out the door with an oil change and patching my tire, it cost about 170$ which to me was incredibly reasonable. Thank you to Drew, Vinny, the very kind front desk man, and everyone for your warm, kind, and efficient service!!!!!”

“After being told by Firestone I needed over 2,000 dollars of work done.. I was leary due to the up sell tactics and prior mistakes that Firestone already made on my vehicle. I decided to look elsewhere and remembered a friend of mine who has been coming here for years. I made an appointment to have an inspection completed. They got me in right away; have great customer service and have already proven to be a dependable and trust worthy business. After having my own visit there and reading all the five-star reviews with decades of families continuing to go here, I am sold and will have all my oil changes and car repairs done here going forward. I am so happy to have found a trust worthy car repair shop A+++++++++++++++++++++”

Their response time, honesty, and detailed explanation of the issue with my car and low costs and excellent service makes them number one for me. I continue to refer widowed women, single older women to their shop because they never take advantage of us because we don’t know cars. I am humbly grateful for this auto repair shop.”

10826 West Freistadt Road, Mequon WI 53097
“New wheels and tires for my Honda. Good price, good work and a great and immediate follow up. An old-time quality repair shop. Thanks. The one drawback has to do with the town of Freistadt itself. It's a lovely intersection with a hardware store, church and its campus, a grade school, and some nearby nature areas. Except for the hardware store, the only other establishment open to the public is a local bar that opens at 11:30. If you drop off a car early at Freistadt Auto or if there is a scheduling delay and you don't have a ride back home, it's very awkward to be walking along the street just the other side of an active grammar school, waiting for 11:30 as locals are hyper-sensitive, and rightly so, especially with strangers. Everyone seems to know everyone and are very suspicious of others. Definitely small-town feeling. Plan ahead to have a ride home as waiting in the waiting room is not too realistic for more than say an hour. One of the employees gave me a ride home during my first visit. Plan accordingly.”

“Jim was excellent!!! Super friendly and kind. Explained the issue with my car effectively, allowing me to connect where the issue may have resulted from. Gave me a loaner car in the meantime while the issue was being fixed - issue was fixed in less than 24 hours, too. Highly recommend to anyone in need of auto care, especially college students!!!”
