Meanwhile, we had the most amazing, funny, and personable associate we could have asked for! Between cracking silly jokes and talking about hobbies, we were more than entertained while we awaited data transfers across devices. We were also offered great deals and our associate ensured that we could make the best (and most factually honest) decisions possible.”

He was fantastic to work with, a true asset to T-Mobile; he was friendly, made great conversation while we waited, and waited, and waited for my iCloud to sync with my phone. They went the extra mile to plant grass and smooth out the area where they put the fiber in the ground. Customer service has been great with following up and making sure that I am happy with the service. If you are able I'd recommend switching over from your existing provider!”
