“We had such an amazing time while upgrading my boyfriend’s phone. We were there for nearly 2 hours, which was not necessarily preferred but also not the fault of the store. Meanwhile, we had the most amazing, funny, and personable associate we could have asked for! Between cracking silly jokes and talking about hobbies, we were more than entertained while we awaited data transfers across devices. We were also offered great deals and our associate ensured that we could make the best (and most factually honest) decisions possible.”
