“Me and my wife came in to shop around for new services after being with AT&T. When we entered the Glendale location, we were met with patience and intention by the staff member, Dayjon. He made the process very seamless and truly approached us with integrity, not just as a salesman. I’m not the biggest fan of phone stores, so I truly appreciated the way he made this process feel so easy and welcomed us as new customers gracefully. Couldn’t have asked for a better staff member to start us with our new carrier, Verizon.”
“Vanessa helped me and she was amazing. When I came in my phone was not working correctly due to numerous viruses. She cleaned up my phone, explaining everything so I understood what she was doing. She also helped me set up autopay.
Vanessa is truly exemplary and I 'm so grateful she was there to help me.”
“5 stars for Brian.
Thank you for helping me with my new iPhone 18 pro max burgundy. I was so disappointed with Apple customer care service after cancelling my pickup order which was fully paid the previous day. But Brian did not make me feel regret for my 2 hrs drive. I’m Happy and thankful to him for his great service.”

“We switched from us cellular/ t mobile to AT&T. I was anticipating a time consuming and frustrating process but I was pleasantly surprised. We worked with Mychal who was very helpful and we were in and out in no time.”
