“I recently moved to Walker's Point and have used this UPS store numerous times. You will always find superb customer service here. Everyone is always helpful. I recently had a photo printed and mounted here. Ramiro was very informative and helpful. He did an outstanding job on the project. I've used other UPS stores and this is absolutely the best one in Milwaukee.”

I’m not sure if I have their name spelled right, because I have left the store, but they are very friendly and nice and always help me with my packages. I am a knitter and crochet, and I usually mail my finish product as gifts for family members. I will post a couple of the articles that I have mailed through UPS. They are very trustworthy and my package is arrive on time.”

“Been having packages and mail come here alot. Sometimes they mix my last name up with another person of the last name but soon as i ask about a package the correct it and since i havent had any problems. The crew here is great and now that they remodeled the building it looks much better. They always greet me when i come and one employee knows me by my Box # (which i like cuz knowing a familiar faces is a plus). But all in all i love UPS and the staff. Always a safe place to have mail delivered”

“Paul was super-helpful!! I am located in Iowa and needed a heavy box of cables sent to me from Milwaukee and wanted to use Speedee delivery because they have the best rates. Paul physically unloaded the box from the sellers car (too heavy for her) and then entered all of the shipping details and the whole transaction was wrapped up within about 4-5 minutes.”
“Had quite a day chasing down a delivery and was pleasantly surprised when I got to this store at 5pm, was greeted immediately, and the girl at the desk knew exactly where my delivery was. She offered to load it on a cart for me (it was five heavy boxes) and helped me with the door as I took it out to my car. She saw me returning the cart and went out of her way to open the door so I could easily get back in the building. I needed a win today and she made that happen. Thank you!”

Ryan, Dennis, D&D (I don't know his name but in my head gave him that nickname cause he plays D&D lol) and the rest of the crew are all friendly and great at their job. “11/19/2024: update to previous review and it's still five stars stopped in this morning and because of David the Assistant Manager, I am a return customer. He previously assisted me with self-print, and today I was able to do it on my own thanks to him. David is such an asset to this company because of the customer service he provides in a professional, courteous, knowledgeable, manner. I look forward to coming back again for printing, office supplies, and shipping.
10/29/2024: David,the Assistant Manager, really was a professional customer service provider. I was greeted when I walked into the store, and he was really helpful in assisting me with some last minute self-printing. It's such a pleasure in these days and times to have someone provide actual customer service in a courteous, knowledgeable, and professional manner.”
