Sometimes you get a dud that is just not friendly and doesn’t really say much. Overall, they get my packages where they need to go.”

We filled up their truck, but they did manage to get everything in and out safely. Derrick - the owner - was very friendly and easy to communicate with. He and his crew worked quickly to move everything and even move a couple of extra items at the new place. They are an excellent black-owned local business that I would definitely use again. Thanks!”

Ryan, Dennis, D&D (I don't know his name but in my head gave him that nickname cause he plays D&D lol) and the rest of the crew are all friendly and great at their job. And most importantly to me, FedEx has about a 99%.5% success rate with getting my packages delivered on time and undamaged. (I ship a LOT).Keep up the good work guys!”

“My company has purchased pelican cases from Pak-Rite multiple times to ship our avionics demos to various trade shows and customer demonstrations. The process is efficient. We place an online order and select in-store pickup. A store employee then contacts us to confirm the sale and the date and time of pickup. We've shipped our demos without pelican cases a few times, and we always end up ordering more. The cases not only protect the delicate equipment, but they make transportation--whether through an airport or to a FedEx office---a breeze.”

His team’s packing skills are second to none. I have never had any very fragile items broken, which is always amazing given how far some items travel.
