“Ele was a major chiller and helped me ship out my fishing lures. Also this random dog came in and sniffed my leg but he was also a chiller. 10/10 experience, I definitely would ship out more lures from this establishment!”

“Service here has been outstanding over the years. I’ve had no issues or complaints. Employees at this location always make sure to go the extra mile to satisfy your personal and business needs. Give them a try and I guarantee you will not be disappointed. The owners of this UPS Store are honestly what make the experience stand out. They are professional, hardworking, and genuinely care about both their customers and employees. Even during busy times, they stay patient, helpful, and organized, which makes a huge difference. What I appreciate most is that they treat people with respect and make the store feel welcoming instead of rushed or impersonal. You can tell they take pride in running the business well and keeping things efficient despite how demanding shipping and Amazon return traffic can get. In a franchise business where experiences can vary a lot, these owners set a very high standard. Their leadership and customer service are the reason I continue coming back and recommending this location to others.”

“Been living in MKE for 2 weeks, here all summer for an internship, my girlfriend and I been to this place probably 5 times already! Super friendly and helpful owner, gives tips and recommendations. I’m used to my big spacious rural bait shops, but this place packs more variety in a quarter of the space at most! Great selection of plastics and rods/reels and combos for bass, panfish and catfish. I will be going here all summer!”

“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I've been coming to this UPS Store for years and it never disappoints. The staff are genuinely friendly and go out of their way to make sure your package is handled correctly. I came in during the holiday rush with an awkward-shaped item I had no idea how to ship, and they took care of everything — packaging, labeling, and finding me the best rate. What could have been a stressful errand turned into a five-minute stop. Clean store, short wait times, and people who actually seem happy to help. This is my go-to for all things shipping and printing. Highly recommend!”

10936 North Port Washington Road, Mequon WI 53092
“Anu and her Mequon UPS team are simply the best. From the moment one walks in, Anu’s warm smile makes one feel less like a customer and more like a regular, or even a friend. She is consistently quick, efficient and knowledgeable, helping us navigate technology as well as the many complexities of shipping and returns. Most importantly, she genuinely cares. Anu takes extra time to insure that important packages reached our family abroad, carefully timing shipments and treating each one as if it were her own. Her dedication and attention to detail make all the difference. Promote this woman, she is an absolute asset.”

333 W Brown Deer Rd STE G, Bayside WI 53217
“Great surprise that this service now offers live scan fingerprinting via PrintScan for FBI background checks. Previously, the closest option was in the Chicago area. I spent a long time looking for a local solution for a foreign residency application and found it right here in Bayside. I received my FBI results in just 45 minutes! The staff was friendly and professional, and it was easy to schedule an appointment. Outstanding experience.”

“My company has purchased pelican cases from Pak-Rite multiple times to ship our avionics demos to various trade shows and customer demonstrations. The process is efficient. We place an online order and select in-store pickup. A store employee then contacts us to confirm the sale and the date and time of pickup. We've shipped our demos without pelican cases a few times, and we always end up ordering more. The cases not only protect the delicate equipment, but they make transportation--whether through an airport or to a FedEx office---a breeze.”

“Super fast help and amazing assistance from this location. I had a Amazon return that I tossed the box out and due to its odd shape there was no way I was going to be able to find a box for this but the staff at this location helped me with the best option and price to get this thing shipped back with ease and I don’t have to carry this thing around town with anxiety about returning it any longer.”

“this looks like a perfectly reasonable smoke shop and hookah lounge-- and an ineffective ups/package point. ---don't make the trip here for amazon returns (staff told me they have a problem with ups not taking the packages, or others not picking up the packages, so they did not take mine)”

“I wanted to take a moment to commend Sean at FedEx Store #2056 for his exceptional service. Despite handling a long line of customers by himself, he managed to multitask efficiently while assisting each person. He helped me with my printing and binding needs for a work RFP response that I needed to overnight, all while educating me on the printing process. His professionalism and dedication made my experience seamless and stress-free. Thank you, Sean!”
