I went at this location this morning to cash a check and take some cash out , unfortunately I was only able to cash my check which it was 5k ,I just didn’t understand I was i wasn’t able to get my own money out . I was definitely very disappointed!

Awful place. Refuses to give out information when called about my own bills, had another bank call and they woman on the phone from associated just kept saying no. No. No. No instead of telling us HOW we can get the info.

Not even worth one star. They shut down the whole mobile app and online banking for the whole weekend. So. No one can actually see what is in their account for 3 days. What a joke.
