1. Stop gauging in every way ..i.e. non active accounts(people have mitigating circumstances not always in their control...everyone has dealt with this at some point in their life.2. Stop charging for paper copies of statements and other paper forms. Not everybody has reliable 24/7internet. This applies to school families and those in further out smaller towns! Let's get real people!3. When problems arise..Associated bank has bad Human Relations with getting issues fixed only to have them happen again later down road.4. When trying to call Associated bank whether calling main branch,local branch or Customer care(supposed to be nearly 24/7(minus holidays);you can't always get people to answer phones..sometimes will ring many times or when calling customer care services...you get placed on music hold for semi long periods..varying amount of time.5. As of today..Saturday October 15th 2022 11:35am called our local branch. Had been having trouble depositing state check. Did all usual modes of things...WI-FI.Turned off; Wi-fi,turned back on; nothing. Turned wi -fi off. Turned mobil On..than turned off mobile...turned back on...again no change to bank online system.. turned off phone,to rebooting internet boxes. Still nothing. Been trying to deposit for last day and a half......find out during call to local branch that it was In-fact Associated Banks fault as they did not call,text,Or email ANY of their customers that it was their new online digital system that has glitches in system! Failure of Human Relations of Associated bank. After call to local branch and having signed state check( thinking it could be deposited online..ha)...you are only allowed to take that already signed check to that direct branch you contacted..grrr!!6. When opening accounts with Associated banks...look out...they make you keep certain amounts in certain type of accounts to keep them open...otherwise they charge you for Not having sufficient amount!**Several other banks we contacted DO NOT DO THIS NOR EXPECT THIS OF CUSTOMERS...HMMM. THOUGHTS PEOPLE.**6. When depositing checks with Associated bank....you have to wait until next day for checks to clear before being able to withdraw..even than only small portion is available to you at that point.7.**If you deposit checks over weekend(read fine lines)....the full balance will not be available for withdrawal until that next Tuesday as Monday is considered their catch up day**Your new full balance will not be posted in full until Tuesday.**I have not found this ANYWHERE ELSE with other local banks around area.1 reason we went with Associated Bank(before all these changes)is they are open in person on Saturdays until 12 noon. SEVERAL other local banks do not have these hours.**NOW ASSOCIATED BANKS** ARE condensing down permanently closing some local neighborhood branches that were convenient to some of population. People will now need to go further away from home to access a local branch. (Starting Nov 2022). This is our experience and currently looking for new bank system! WE have been with Associated bank BEFORE When it was called First Federal Bank(much better system prior. Hope this helps some people.

I went to this branch to get help with resetting my password. I had been trying all day and the 1-800 customer Service Reps couldn't figure out the issue either. They suggested I go to a branch for help. I got to this branch and told the attendant that I needed help with resetting my password. She said, " You couldn't figure out how to do that by yourself?!" I couldn't believe someone I was hoping would help me started off the conversation with such a rude comment. I told her I, in fact, do know how to reset a password but it wasn't working and that the customer service rep told me to find a branch. They didn't have anyone available to help, so definitely a waste of a trip.

Difficult online service. I have had this account open at Associated bank since the beginning of the year. The bank in Minneapolis told me I could transfer money online to my Minneapolis bank of 41 years. I set up everything for external Xfers, did the verifications, received a confirmation that all was complete. But they then said online that I need to go through ANOTHER verification (that could take 3 days)!

I have used this bank branch for 20 years. I have never had a negative experience. Everyone who has ever assisted me has been friendly, patient, kind and professional. I have never experienced an unacceptable wait time.

Don't expect fast service here. Ever. I do all my banking online, but the very few times I have had to use the counter it's been horrible. I feel bad for the tellers, they do their best but there simply is never enough of them. Three at most.
