I'm posting this well over a year late, but this bank was able to help me escape my abusive + neglectful roommates. The staff was amazingly cooperative + helpful.*I may be mistaking this one for a different Associated bank in Green Bay.

My wife and I needed help with a trust and the investment staff solved some huge problems, calling other experts in to get it right. What a relief! We opened up a checking account and everybody we encountered were helpful! Im happy to be a part of the Associated family!
