Very friendly agent but a confirmed 2 day @$262.00 to only end up being $462 is a bit much would've been 5 stars but the excessive rate is not faur to me... It is what it is...

Don't bother calling these people for help. After a couple transfers, the original guy helping me says their system is down, to call back in one hour. I said one hour?? Then he suggested I can wait two. Bad customer service.
