Car Rental in Green Bay, WI

“During a recent business trip, I required a larger rental car the same day for my return trip to Illinois for transport of some items for my employer. I contacted this location, spoke with Gavin, explained to him the situation, and he was very accommodating informing me that it should be no problem to switch out my rental. Upon arrival, I was welcomed by Gavin, and Jarrod assisted as well making the vehicle swap effortless. Could not speak higher of my experience with this location and would highly recommend renting from this location.”

“Professional friendly staff. Staff checked in with Me weekly to see what I was gonna need the vehicle because I was waiting on an insurance check, I thought that was pretty thoughtful of them.”

“I had a pleasurable experience with a recent car rental from here. I had gotten it through Costco travel and the price was reasonable. I had rented a vehicle for a trip to Las Vegas. I had worked with Nick at the counter and he went through all of the details and answered the questions I had. The only bad thing was that they were unable to update the database as I had requested SXM, but they were unable to add this. I don't know if they would have been able to contact upper managment to get this changed, but I was not charged extra.
I had dropped the vehicle off and recorded the new mileage and had worked with Nick again. He had noted that I was not charged extra for the service and I had received my deductable back. I even dropped it off a day early, and there was no resistance to this. I would recommend renting a vehicle from this Enterprise location.”

“Counter is conveniently located near baggage claim. Customer service was exceptional and processed me in and out quickly. Car was New, Clean and ran perfectly. Suggest using them when passing through GRB airport.”

Every person I have interacted with at this location have been excellent. Brent and his team have gone out of their way for me multiple times and every buying experience has been a good one. “I rented a car from the Milwaukee Airport and was given a vehicle with expired tags (by several months!). Budget customer service was no help over the phone, however when I brought the vehicle in to the Green Bay airport, the employees there - Emery and Rylee - were amazing to deal with and fully took care of the problem. Their customer service was some of the best I've seen anywhere! While I don't think I would ever rent from the Milwaukee location again, Emery and Rylee did a lot to restore my faith in this company.”

Hello everyone this review is going to be for the experienced president circle crowd.
Staff here are nice, cars are clean but........
Right off the bat this location isn't a hertz corporate or neighborhood location it's a franchise and they don't follow all rules exactly like other hertz locations.
Your not getting upgraded here for free automatically, you'll have to ask and make sure you check your contract for an additional rate.
Additionally every rental is charged a litany of fees
Which goes as follows
Tax - 5.5% of the total base price
Rental vehicle tax - 5% of total base price
VLCR - .95 per day
Concession fee recovery - 11.5%
Customer facility fee $5 a day up to $20
Parking recovery fee - 3.3%
I was charged 120 bucks more then what hertz reservations estimated so just beware.
Also annoying that even though the state of Wisconsin doesn't charge sales tax on free rental days I was charged for using my hertz points exactly as if I paid cash. I already filed with the state but we'll see what happens.
UPDATE: I called to complain about the fact that i got over charged for my rental. they called me back and fixed up my contract with a full refund on the charges. exceptional service from brian and the team. literally my easiest hertz complaint.”
