“I rented a car from the Milwaukee Airport and was given a vehicle with expired tags (by several months!). Budget customer service was no help over the phone, however when I brought the vehicle in to the Green Bay airport, the employees there - Emery and Rylee - were amazing to deal with and fully took care of the problem. Their customer service was some of the best I've seen anywhere! While I don't think I would ever rent from the Milwaukee location again, Emery and Rylee did a lot to restore my faith in this company.”
