Bug Tussel is a rural internet service provider that aims to deliver high-speed wireless internet to residents, regardless of their location. The company's mission is to level the playing field for rural communities, ensuring they have access to reliable and affordable internet without compromising on speed, quality, or environmental impact. Based on the reviews, Bug Tussel generally provides good service, with customers reporting few issues and prompt resolution when problems arise. The installation process can be a bit "interesting," but once set up, the service has been reliable and consistent, even in remote areas. Customers have appreciated the fair pricing and the company's responsive customer service, with one reviewer stating that Bug Tussel's customer service is among the best they have experienced. While there have been some minor complaints, such as a lack of outage notifications and a customer service representative's reaction to a customer canceling their service, the overall sentiment is positive. Many customers have compared Bug Tussel favorably to other rural internet providers, noting that it offers a much-improved experience compared to alternatives like CenturyLink or Starlink.
Lee came out on 10/15 to get our fiber hooked up. He was super nice, answered all my questions, and was overall a good representation of what I'd expect from a local internet provider.

Sam Spruce did an amazing job hooking our camper up! We have great connection and he did a very clean job of running the wires! Thanks Sam!
