Lee came out on 10/15 to get our fiber hooked up. He was super nice, answered all my questions, and was overall a good representation of what I'd expect from a local internet provider.

Had good service mostly the few times I needed help took about 3 days to get help then when I was shutting my service off as I was moving the man got upset and huffed about telling me how much I owed (83 cent) and wanted payment right away
