I tried to pay online but the payment has to be a minimum of $5. I called the number on my bill and was told I had to be verified with my pin which I either forgot or never knew so they always sent me a pin thru my modem (which I returned already). I was told that I had to go to a retail store to pay the bill and there is a $5 service charge to pay in store. I called this store and Pete looked up my account and took care of my billing issue without me having to drive 30 minutes to pay a $.34 bill. Thank you Pete!”
“Although I do wish they had a process for notifying their customers of an outage, I'm pretty impressed with BT. We could only get HughesNet at our last place in the country and was TERRIBLE. Being in the middle of nowhere, we anticipated some hiccups in service, but overall, I'm able to successfully work from home. Tammy there has worked with us to solve any issues that we had.Because of our location, we have recommended BT to our neighbors. Installation was a little interesting, but once installed, it was smooth sailing and works for our simple needs of a couple TVs, 2 phones, and a laptop for work.Overall, minimal outages and the cost have kept us as customers and as long as prices stay low, we'll continue to stay as customers.”
